David just came up to me all sweet like and offered up the biggest most cuddliest hug ever. Then he looked at me and smiled very sweetly and said "I love you, Mom." I melted....until he followed it up with "And I love muffins too! And I love pancakes! And frozen waffles! You make gooooood frozen waffles."

I love that he loves me and at least I made the list. Clearly, with frozen waffles making the cut he had very prestigous and strict guidelines. But really?! I always thought myself better than muffins and such. I think I'm going to have to take what I can get today. He tried.
It's still really cute!
